This includes negotiations with Airline, Hotel and Ground suppliers on benefits, perks, discounts and other value add components of content- Work with key internal and external stakeholders to communicate and display content in GBT\'s marketplace and continue to create new benefits for customers and travelers and deliver positive ROI from key airline, hotel and ground partners- Created a new Strategic Sourcing organization at GBT (Procurement) that manages all external spend and negotiations across three verticals - Technology and IT Security - Corporate Services (Marketing, HR, Professional Services, Sustainability Partnerships)- Product and Online Booking Tools (Customer and Traveler Tools, such as Concur)- Introduced a new Strategic Sourcing Optimization team which looks at ways to improve our internal processes and procurement capabilities- Embedded our Sustainability and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion principles into our Strategic Sourcing process across all verticals along with our content strategy with key airlines, hotel and ground partners.
