At Dell Technologies, my journey as a Software Sr Principal Engineer has focused on process transformations for ISG and the supporting enterprise applications. I am the architect and chief product owner currently responsible for Atlassian services, including Jira Software, Confluence and Jira Align. Our team has advanced Dell\'s enterprise agile planning and devops practices, contributing significantly to a culture of efficiency, standardization, automation and continuous improvement. ISG, the enterprise division of Dell technologies, leverages the Atlassian suite of collaboration tools to support our standardized escalation, defect management, serviceability, prioritization, ideation, scrum and scrum@scale processes. We manage over 100K Jira Software, and Confluence licensed user accounts distributed across four data center instances. Jira Align is deployed to provide visibility to all work from strategy to execution across multiple Jira data center instances. In my role as TechOps Architect, I am responsible for understanding requirements from the business and leading our internal and Atlassian partner teams in execution and delivery. I collaborate with our business transformation and management office and sit on multiple transformation workstreams focused on modernization. I represent ISG in pan-Dell Atlassian forums and I represent Dell in Atlassian Enterprise Customer Advisory Boards. I work closely with Atlassian on their strategic account relationship with Dell.
