I lead global learning and development strategy for Rangam, a workforce solutions company specializing in connecting diverse talent to opportunity. My role spans both external client programs and internal organizational initiatives, from building scalable talent development solutions for Fortune 500 companies to strengthening the skills, capabilities, and culture of our own teams.I oversee the strategy, operation, and continuous improvement of our custom-built learning management system (LMS) ecosystem, which includes four portals: an internal platform for Rangam employees, two client-specific systems, and EmpathyLearns, our flagship e-learning platform for clients. Internally, our content addresses broad organizational needs such as compliance, technical skills, sales, leadership, and AI adoption. Externally, EmpathyLearns focuses on disability and neurodiversity education, with growing offerings in organizational culture and leadership training. For candidates, we deliver targeted soft skills and technical content to support job readiness and long-term success.I manage vendor relationships, coordinate with consultants, and lead my team in course development, migration, and delivery. I set the vision for our e-learning library, script all EmpathyLearns courses, guide instructional design, and co-deliver live sessions.Externally, our programs train client employees and leaders in 10+ countries, maintain a 98% satisfaction rate, and achieve 80% active LMS engagement.
