Branziert Consulting helps you with the internationalisation of your business. Selling overseas offers a world of opportunities, but it can be a daunting prospect if you haven’t done it before or are trying to access unfamiliar markets. Branziert Consulting provides expertise in exporting and importing and independent, impartial trade advice. I founded Branziert Consulting after nearly three decades working in various senior roles related to international trade and finance. After working in the banking sector for many years, I became an Export Finance Manager for UK Export Finance, part of the UK Government’s Department for International Trade. Now, after establishing my own consultancy, I have also joined Scottish Development Internationals Export Advisory Service as an Export Advisor. I’m passionate about helping SMEs tap into the international opportunities that are out there. Thanks to my experience in international trade, I can help clients navigate through the opportunities and potential pitfalls of trading overseas. I have an in-depth knowledge of the support organisations, funding options and compliance requirements for businesses looking to trade internationally and can help with: • Training and support for sales and finance teams on trade-related topics • Guidance on how to access and structure the appropriate finance for cross-border transactions, including pre- and post- shipment, credit terms and invoice finance • Managing risk and cashflow, including payment risk and mitigants, letter of credit and guarantee structure, Incoterms, credit insurance, trade cycle analysis, Foreign Exchange (FX) • Developing customer and market knowledge and the right business processes for international trade
