Healthcare at Home – Lead Business Analyst – Business Transformation (Nov 2016 to Present)(Reporting to Head of Business Change) My current role is to work closely with the Head of Business Change to deliver a £12M end to end business transformation programme to standardise, simplify and digitise Hah processes. My main responsibilities include end to end process efficiency re-engineering, gathering and documenting system requirements for the IT (MS Dynamics 356) and business-based solution. I have also worked on a multitude of different projects whilst at Hah covering: Procurement, Finance, Dispensing, Patient Journey, Logistics. Skill sets include: • Creating business case and opportunity assessments • Validation of business case financial figures • Cost vs. benefits analysis • Strong stakeholder management • Line management and mentoring a team of Business Analysts • End to end business change process re-engineering using six sigma methodologies • Business requirements elicitation and definition using the following tool sets o As Is & To Be process mapping o Business requirements documentation o Business requirements catalogue o Root cause analysis o Use case & user stories o Interviewing o Prototyping/wire framing o DILO creation and analysis o Facilitate scoping & process mapping workshops • Specialist in warehousing and logistics system requirements elicitation and solution design o Transport management o Warehouse management o Track and trace o Transport management and planning o Fleet management o Warehouse layout definition to ensure optimum utilisation of space and pick productivity • Technical design and solution design peer review and sign off. • Project management using Prince 2 methodology • Product lifecycle process,(design, build, test, release, hand-over to support) • Perform and/or coordinate quality assurance testing for new systems • Support handover • Project Implementation
