The idea of speaking to a Lender for those who have experienced financial difficulties can be a daunting and overwhelming situation. At Aspen we treat our borrowers as we would want to be treated ourselves. Using this method has been highly successful. Not only does this create a positive outcome for our borrowers to remain in their homes but it also creates a winning situation for our investors!At Aspen, I oversee a team of Asset Managers and Loan Operations Specialists. Team building is the primary focus to create a positive work environment. We collaborate, share ideas, and build each other up. As the leader of this group my goal is to bring out the best in each employee by challenging them, making the job an enjoyable aspect of their lives, and to learn and grow each day!
