Every day, we hear people tell us that they will never be able to retire, send their kids to college, or help their aging parents. However, while achieving such goals can be difficult, it’s not impossible. My Father (Buddy Brand) and I are in the business of helping people in their endeavor to become and remain financially independent. We work closely with our clients to develop sound investment plans so that they can most effectively pursue the things that are most important to them. We truly believe that knowledge is power, and we do our best to educate our clients so that they can make informed decisions. Many of our clients still work and don’t have the time to manage their investments and need help planning for the future. We also do a lot of work helping people transition from working life to retired life. It can be a big psychological challenge for people to get comfortable with the idea, but we can help them take a smart, disciplined approach to retirement.Finally, we specialize in serving multiple generations of clients, often working with parents, children, and grandchildren within the same family. I have a wife, Kinsey, and a daughter, Braelyn. My wife was a collegiate swimmer and cross-country athlete at USC. She coaches the McLeod Masters Swim team as well as the Trinity-Byrnes High School swim team. Our daughter was born in September 2013. We enjoy being outside, boating, college football, golf, and spending time with our family.
