As the director of Fieldskill, it is my duty to navigate the team through stormy seas and towards success. 🧭Since taking on the role as Company Director, myself and my team have built and developed Fieldskill to be a provider of bespoke packaging to local, national, and international clients. However, we mainly focus on our local community, not only to supply to our neighbors but also to encourage our green credentials.At Fieldskill we actively search the market for our clients to ensure they receive the best quality and of course value. I particularly relish the challenge of sourcing niche products in expanding markets.As Director, I lead our fantastic team to assist our expanding client base with all their packaging, janitorial, stationery, and furniture supplies. By providing a complete workplace solution, Fieldskill provides our customer base with more time to spend on aspects of the business that needs their attention, rather than wasting precious time sourcing everyday supplies. I want Fieldskill to succeed and to ensure this, I analyse and develop the company\'s business strategy, direction, and growth opportunities, ensuring we maximise all avenues to exceed all stakeholder\'s expectations. In my most recent project I have been managing the updating of the Fieldskill online store; working with experts in this field which has seen significant growth in the area for us.
