I work at the intersection of brand, operations, and guest experience across large hospitality portfolios.My background spans on-property operations, strategy consulting, and brand leadership. I started in operations and progressed into property-level leadership before moving into consulting, where I worked on performance and transformation initiatives across hospitality brands. I later returned to operations in a department head role, bringing a more analytical approach to execution, before transitioning into brand and portfolio strategy.At Sonesta, I lead brand and guest experience initiatives across 400+ hotels within the MOD, Select, and Essential brands. My focus is on translating brand strategy into scalable, on-property execution - particularly as the company continues to evolve within a franchise model.This includes developing and implementing enterprise programs across retail, F&B, fitness, and service culture, as well as partnering closely with operators and ownership groups to drive consistency and performance.Earlier in my career, I held General Manager and Area General Manager roles across boutique and lifestyle hotels, leading teams and overseeing multi-property performance.I hold a degree in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers University, with additional coursework in Environmental Economics at Harvard and Corporate Governance at the London School of Economics.I bring a practical, operator-informed perspective to brand strategy, with a focus on what actually works at the property level.
