John has twenty + years of design and project management experience in a multitude of industries including: motorcycle, lawn & garden, automotive, marine, retail packaging, and vehicle crating.John worked as a Sr. Packaging Engineer at Harley-Davidson for 5 years. At Harley-Davidson, John specialized in the areas of structural design and testing for retail packaging, expendable and returnable shipping platforms. Working with a global corporation gave John the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of new product development and how packaging fits in each aspect of the business.Earlier in his career, John spent eleven years as the Engineering Manager at Packaging Solutions, Inc; a privately owned company, specializing in returnable and disposable custom fabricated dunnage, for customers such as Harley-Davidson, John Deere, Mercury Marine, Club Car, Bobcat, Bemis, and Modine.John holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Packaging from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
