As Chief Strategy & Investment Officer of FibroGenesis, John is focused on facilitating plans and strategies for its stakeholders toward the executing of its business model/exit strategy using FibroGenesis\'s disruptive fibroblast IP technology and its extensive patent portfolio. The ultimate goal of using this revolutionary cell therapy through the licensing, selling, development and partnering of the FibroGenesis IP therapeutic platform is to enable utilization and commercialization of these breakthroughs on a worldwide scale for the treatment and curing of humanity of many chronic diseases and illnesses. He is also President and Director of Global Energy Source Inc, a private investment holding company. A finance graduate from Arizona State University, he has over 35 years of experience within the securities industry and has assisted, consulted, or provided funding for numerous micro-cap, small-cap, and emerging market companies in a variety of industries and technologies worldwide, including the US, Europe and China. He is currently active in the corporate finance, consulting and advisory services through his company JB Diversified Financial and is involved in numerous and a diverse group of technology businesses and industry sectors. In addition John manages an investment fund partnership whose primary holding is FibroGenesis.

   FibroGenesis is a regenerative medicine company that has created a broad intellectual property (IP) platform to develop and commercialize its patented fibroblast technology. There is only two human cell types which are able to regenerate tissue and organs - stem cells and fibroblasts. Fibroblasts are far superior to stem cells in performance, strength, economics, and numerous other factors. FibroGenesis owns the intellectual property platform for the use of fibroblasts in treatment of most all known chronic disease pathways including Liver Failure, Heart Failure, Parkinson\'s, Diabetes, Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy, Pain, Colitis, Acute Respiratory Disease Syndrome (ARDS), and many others. FibroGenesis, while continuing its IP expansion, developing clinical data, and completing filings for pivotal FDA trials for commercialization with our CybroCells, we are also currently engaged in various strategic opportunities including licensing, sale of IP, partnerships and investment options for our pipeline portfolio.
