Based on the success of the transmission line standards, was asked to take on the supervision of substation standards though the development of a new group. The goal is to model the substation standards after the transmission line standards through the development of modular design standards and a new SharePoint site to consolidate all substation materials for use by both internal and external design staff. Currently overseeing both internal and external engineering staff in the creation of modularized substation standards and the setup of the SharePoint.
