About John Blair
I have been in the food processing industry for 40 years, working for one of the leading potato processors in the world. My career with Lamb Weston has provided me valuable experience in various aspects of the manufacturing world. I am extremely proud of my career path, having started with Lamb Weston as an hourly associate working various production and maintenance positions and then advancing my career by going back to college and getting a Mechanical Engineering degree which opened many doors for me. I have extensive experience in production, maintenance, engineering. I spent a year in China working on M&A activities and recently spent 3 years in Europe oversee the manufacturing activities for Lamb Weston Meijer which is a joint venture between Lamb Weston and the Meijer family.
