As Chief Technology Officer at Systal Technology Solutions, I lead technology strategy, innovation, and enterprise transformation with a clear focus on delivering measurable business outcomes for global organisations.A defining highlight of my recent work has been leading Systal’s successful Gartner® Managed Network Services Magic Quadrant 2026 submission, where we were recognised as a Leader, notably for our Completeness of Vision.This reflected a strong alignment between long‑term customer outcomes, a pragmatic transformation roadmap, and our differentiated approach to managed services, combining flexibility, governance, and real‑world operational credibility.With 30+ years of international experience across sales, delivery, and operations, I work at the intersection of technology and business by shaping, selling, and delivering network‑centric solutions that support hybrid cloud, OT/IT convergence, mobility, and security across complex enterprise environments.A key focus of my current role is advancing Agentic AI Ops within managed services: applying AI responsibly to augment engineering teams, improve resilience, automate insight-driven decisions, and help customers do more with constrained budgets without compromising governance, safety, or control. My view is simple: AI should enable progressive, well‑governed transformation, not “big‑bang” disruption.I regularly engage with CIOs, CTOs, and senior executives, building trusted relationships grounded in real delivery experience and a deep understanding of operational risk. I also work closely with industry analysts (including Gartner), hyperscalers, ISPs, and strategic partners to shape integrated, future‑ready solutions.I’m known for being able to “walk the talk”, earning trust quickly by pairing strategic vision with hands‑on experience in managing complexity, risk, and business-critical environments.My success in this role is attributed to my ability to \"walk the talk,\" swiftly earning the trust of key customer stakeholders through personal experience in managing client risk.This experience has honed my skills in sales, negotiation, commercial acumen, programme management, and team leadership, complementing my exceptional business and technical expertise as a Subject Matter Expert in IT.
