Experienced reliability and maintenance professional certified in multiple technologies and years of real-world experience.Starting in 1980 by serving in the US Navy as an Electrical Operator for 12 years, maintained and operated nuclear power plants on two ships. As part of the maintenance team, we transitioned from reactive and planned maintenance to predictive maintenance: 1982-86: PM Coordinator on USS Long Beach CGN-91•••92: Vibration analyst on USS Nimitz CVN-68. My passion was supporting the 70-person team as the training coordinator.For 18 years, worked for Azima DLI - helped hundreds of maintenance teams in all industries and many locations throughout the world start on their journey to reliability. Certified Vibration Analyst Level 2. My passion was designing, developing, and presenting training programs and marketing materials.These 30 years prepared me for my dream job at Fluke. Worked at Fluke for 8 years and then started up the new Fluke Reliability group (3 years). Certified Thermography Level 1, Certified Maintenance Professional, and Ultrasound Level 1. My passion is creating various training and marketing materials for the Fluke teams. Obsessed by working with customers, co-workers, and colleagues from all over the world.
