ABOUT JOHN BERGT

I am the owner of Aerodog Solutions, LLC. I have over 17 years of experience in Operations Control automation and integration, having worked for David R Bornemann Assoc. and Sabre. Before that, I was employed by Shuttle America, and Mesa Airlines as an dispatch supervisor, dispatch trainer and examiner, and airline dispatcher. I am also a licensed Commercial Instrument pilot with Airplane Single and Multi Engine Land and Single Engine Sea ratings. While working for Sabre, I was most recently the delivery lead for the AirCentre Movement Control and Maintenance Control suites. I have a strong background in system integration, working with multiple parties to assess their needs, and provide a solution that meets these needs. I have a strong background in customer relations, as well as teaching the use of the solutions. Before that, I was instrumental in the start up of Shuttle America, while it was an independent airline, based in Hartford, CT. I helped organize the dispatch office, as well as help write the training programs for dispatchers and pilots. I helped establish many of the automation principles in use at Shuttle America at the time. I am also the proud holder of deliver slot number 877 for an Icon A5 amphibious light sport aircraft.
