   I manage the Specialist Community team for AWS, including our technical field communities mechanism, Specialist service feedback mechanism and Data insights functions.TFCs are the mechanisms used to enable experts across AWS, then scale that knowledge out via thought leadership and connecting AWS customers with experts from across the world. CLF is the mechanism for specialist teams to identify and curate product signal for AWS service teams.As the Specialist Community team leader I-Drove product management for 2 software products (called SpecReq and TFC Hub), designing business requirements, working with engineering teams and driving rollout- As engineering teams were built out I retained the customer sponsor role for 5 software applications to drive mechanism for building expertise, sharing via high quality content and connecting those experts with customers- Designed the Community program manager role for operational management of TFCs, then owned hiring and development of the team- Worked with Specialist teams to design expert learning paths for non-Specialists, then scaled out via software products and the team- Partnered with marketing and global teams to scale out mechanism for TFC experts sharing knowledge at summits across Asia/Pacific, Europe / Middle East / Africa, North America, South America and China- Worked with Marketing to design expert sourcing and reviews for AWS re:Events- Presented to customers on best practices to build expert communities, and shared at re:Invent- Drove numerous content mechanisms for AWS including sourcing content for re:Post product, driving messaging for new products and community based solutions guidance- Maintain stakeholder engagement and drive shared goals frameworks to recognize participants and guide mechanisms based on customer demand- Designed structured feedback mechanism for AWS service teams (CLF), leading to the ideation and launch of numerous products and features.
