On-Boarding and Off-Boarding of employees, consultants and vendors. Includes creation of active directory accounts, email boxes, distribution lists and security groups- Vendor Management including maintain communications, tracking deliverables, invoices and negotiation of services- Responsible for managing all the smart phone devices (iOS and Android) including deployment, support and break/fix- Working with Purchasing and assist HRPS in procuring hardware and software- Maintain Hardware and Software Asset information including license compliance and lifecycle documentation- Liaise with Accounting for purchase orders and invoices- Contribute to End-user computing standard procedures development as required- Contribute to standardization of systems and software configurations for PC and mobile devices by collaborating with Cross-Functional Services (“CFS”)- Supports day-to-day operational activities of the end user computing, desktop, laptop, workstations, mobile devices and end user support services- Analyze existing operations and continuously improves the end user operating environment- Develop, document, test and implement guides and procedures- Contribute and adhere to rotation schedule for after-hours support; and fill in for the Service Desk role when capacity is required- Assist and complete project related tasks (ie. Inventory asset, software deployment);
