Over twenty years of experience on both domestic and international projects in the Power, Oil, Gas and associated Gas Pipeline Industries with responsibility for delivering “As Sold Profit Margins’. In the capacity of Construction Manager, responsibilities include leading the Prospect Pursuit Team, setting the Win Strategy, providing leadership for production of the estimate and recommendation of profit margin. My construction expertise extends to carry forward to final operational stages of the project, providing construction and maintenance management in both Industrial and Commercial fields. In the Industrial and Commercial industries, vast experiences and responsibilities were exercised in the coordination of all field activities, as well as commissioning and start up functions. All projects required continuous safety participation. Provide safety instruction and Safety presentation analysis. I have had extensive involvement of various Quality Assurance programs which include both B31.3 and B31.1. I have provided estimates for overall cost impacts for up to 60 API and 5/10 inspectors for large ISBL turnarounds. I have a comprehensive understanding of Plant construction techniques and procedures including use of construction tools for various petrochemical projects and field safety coordination with Subcontractors and Client Representatives. I have specialized experience in shutdowns, turnarounds, new construction, construction management, large capital projects and maintenance projects. I have managed all fronts of construction management starting with safety management, project controls, field execution and profit / loss responsibility.
