Handling regional as well as Head office supply chain teams in a manner to increase efficiency of SCM. • Working across various cross functional team members to ensure right set of decisions / processes are implemented across organization.• Enabling proper demand planning with Regional Supply Chain & Sales team, setting up & maintaining the efficient S & OP process.• Working with customers, understanding and ensuring right availability, speed of response, adding delight and rigor to weekly planning cycle.• Working with national partners on forecasting and sharing business plans and ensuring long term orders are confirmed for revenues and ensuring their commits.• Provide leadership and strategic directions to the Supply Chain Management team through delivering a consistent, high quality and cost effective customer service to internal and external customers.• Managing all new items; ensure proper forecast accuracy and system order flow are aligned.• Managing the demand plan & aligning to the Consumption-Based planning to drive forecast improvements.• Analysing forecast accuracy, ensuring seasonal forecasts/builds are correctly input in the system.• Review the material & production lead time on a scheduled basis with Sourcing, Production & Quality Control.• Maintain the inventory at optimal levels / targeted DSI (Day Sales Inventory) including stocks analysis.• Manages Warehousing Distribution function to ensure availability of products to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner from south zone branch.• Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers.
