The Instamod Group was established in 2019 to provide an over arching support solution to the Off-site Construction industry. The Group has grown considerably during this time and now provides a services via our 4 businesses Instamod Site Services, Instamod Off-Site Solutions, Stenergy Electrical Contractors and Steps Ramps & Sundecks UK. All businesses operate from our head office and manufacturing facility in Hull, East Yorkshire which allows us to work in collaboration to ensure a cost effective and efficient solution is provided.Instamod Site ServicesWe have a team of 20+ operatives ranging from semi-skilled to joiners to SMSTS qualified supervisors. We have fleet of 11 vans which operate nationwide installing, relocating, and dismantling modular buildings and providing a refurbishment service. We can undertake on a labour only basis or happy to provide full turnkey solutions with materials, ground works, cranes, and transport etc.Instamod Off-Site SolutionsOperating form our own manufacturing facility in East Yorkshire the business provides a refurbishment & small manufacturing solution to the off-site construction industry as well as supporting the Steps Ramps & Sundecks business.Stenergy Electrical ContractorsAll our electrical works are undertaken by our electrical company Stenergy Electrical Contractors. The team are experienced in modular construction both in a factory and site environments. We can operate on a labour only basis and/or material supply and fit. We work closely with a M&E design team so can provide designs if required to support works completedSteps Ramps & Sundecks UKOur SRS business provides access solutions primarily supporting the Modular & Leisure Industries. Unlike most other providers we work closely with our clients to provide a solution to meet their budget whilst ensuring any design meets any specific requirements for the application. We provide anti-slip timber, Composite and metal finishes and offer various subdecks.
