ABOUT JOHN HORSLEY
Throughout my career, I have proven that I am a fast learner with a demonstrated passion for helping others. Whether through my work consulting top companies on their recruiting and branding strategies; progressing DEI initiatives and leading onboardings and advanced trainings; or developing new marketing and operational systems, I seek to foster inclusive communities with fulfilling work experiences and streamlined workflows where everyone can succeed. And, in doing so, I\'ve gained experience in knowledge in a large diversity of fields: strategy, operations, marketing and branding, management, data analytics, DEI, and relationship management. Beyond Stanford, I have worked in the theatre, both in person and during the virtual COVID-era, with a deep passion or entertainment and the stories that shape who we are and who we will be. Graduated from Stanford University in Economics with Honors and Minor in English to pursue answers to the question:\"How and why do people make decisions?\" I wrote my thesis on a self-designed behavioral economics experiment testing the effects of cleanliness on decision making for which I was awarded the Stanford University Award for Excellence in Honors Thesis Presentation.
