   As Director of Voice Operations, I\'m directly responsible for all voice sales engineering activities, vendor relationships with our voice manufacturers and suppliers, processes, margin discipline, and deployment of our voice solutions. I was responsible for building a new department and reshaping the Cloud5 reputation within the industry. I was responsible for setting the processes that we use internally on how a customer’s project would be handled, from a verbal award through handing the customer over to support. The procedures were focused on the customer experience, which was our strategy for growth.After our first full year as a Mitel Hospitality partner, we became a Gold Partner and placed within the top 3 Mitel Hospitality Partners. We earned Mitel’s award for Top Growth Partner of the Year in 2018. After 2019, we moved up another spot, ranking in the top 2 of all Mitel Hospitality Partners. In 2020 we maintained our position near the top and won Mitel’s Top Hospitality Technical Excellence Award for all our customers\' solutions, include our SIP Trunking, SD-WAN, and other technologies.In late 2020, we expanded our offering of services to include third-party professional service installation. We started handling installations for other companies that needed lead installers or installation assistance. Our success in Voice Operations was attributed to our ability to maintain and exceed the sales margin on each project, keeping our WIP as low as possible, and providing our customers with 5-star service during the installation of the tasks we managed.Cloud5 is the leading communications technology and services provider to customer-centric brands across the Americas, including more than hotels.
