As an Industry Group Manager, I lead a team of Industry Focused Thought Leaders that work in a pre and post-sales role focusing on industry and product expertise. By enabling and preparing my team to develop this deep industry expertise and knowledge, we can work with our sales teams and our customers to create solutions in construction, transportation and distributions spaces to help our customers achieve their business objectives and co-sell more effectively.As one team under our industry focused leadership, we develop our own Industry Points of View and Product Positionings with a direct focus on our target industries. By scanning the competitive landscape and evaluating our performance and assessing the impact of our products and implementations we operate in a more agile fashion with our sales counterparts to be the strongest co-sell partners in the organization. Our teams which include other Industry Managers and our Thought Leaders take ownership of everything from marketing execution and communication to fostering deep relationships between ourselves and our delivery teams and engage with them in an intentional, on-going way to continue to grow our deep industry knowledge while being agile in modifying, creating and delivering new business processes mirroring changes in the needs of our prospects and customers.
