Leading the development of a new team that was to specialise in dealing with housing disrepair issues on behalf of the tenant. Utilising the knowledge and understanding of how Social Landlord\'s operate in order to development and enhance strategies to help embrace, understand and implement the Pre-action Protocol for Housing Conditions with more efficient and effective approaches. Making sure that the transferable skills that I have developed over my entire working career are used in a positive manner while developing a new skillset not previously explored. Helping new members of the team to understand the concept of housing disrepair and also provide them with a structure for working cases from start to finish.Building relationships with third party interest to ensure that cases are both optimised and understood from the perspective of those experiencing the disrepair. Remaining professional at all times and using negotiation techniques to aid time effectiveness and quality control. Applying the foundations learnt in my roles as Head of Sales to communicate clearly, wisely and conciseness to achieve optimum value to the business and their valued clientele.
