Silver Moor is a small consulting practice that develops and implements effective solutions to risk-related business problems. These can be business efficiency risks, safety risks or risks affecting how effective the organisation is (or is perceived to be by its customers). The focus of our work is managing the \'human factor\'. This involves investigating business processes, features of the workplace and the organisational culture to understand why people are behaving the way they do.We are an award winner in the 2017 Land Transport Awards as the Best Travel Risk Management Consultancy - UK. The Land Transport Awards are hosted by British magazine Transport News INTL and recognise the performance of companies and individuals in the land transport sector. They are designed to promote, reward and recognise the work undertaken by these companies and the people behind them. Each of the award winners is chosen through a combination of votes gathered from a network of respected industry partners and Transport News INTL\'s own rigorous in-house research.
