John is a Partner at KPMG LLP based in Toronto and has more than 30 years of commodity tax experience both in Canada and the European Union. Previously John was leader of KPMG\'s Indirect Tax Practice in the Greater Toronto Area, leader of the Canadian Indirect Tax Practice and Chair of Americas Region for Indirect Tax Services. He also the past Chair of the CPA Commodity Tax Committee. He advised a wide array of clients on domestic and international commodity tax issues, principally focusing on the finance and manufacturing sectors.
