   I am a Partner in the Commercial Audit Group of The Bonadio Group. I am also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). My practice areas include fraud detection and prevention, and evaluation of enterprise internal controls. I mainly provide audit and review services for closely held commercial (for-profit) corporations and family-owned businesses in the retail, wholesale, contracting, processing and manufacturing industries. I also have six years experience in auditing and preparing IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) financial statements prepared using International Accounting Standards (IAS). I have several years experience performing due diligence engagements for mergers and acquisition. I previously served as Controller for the Northeast\'s largest privately held waste removal company.I served as President, for the 20••••11 year, of the Syracuse Chapter of New York State Association of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and have been on the Syracuse Chapter Board of Directors of the NYSSCPA since 2003 to the present. I\'m a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
