My first job was at 16 as a martial arts instructor. Being responsible for instructing people of all ages and backgrounds at such a young ages was daunting but it was during that time that experience I discovered my passion in communicating and teaching. I graduated from college with a dual degree in Economics and Psychology. I began my adult and professional journey as an casino porter and quickly moved up the ranks to Housekeeping Manager for one of the most recognizable hospitality brands in the world, Caesars Entertainment. Here I have been able to not only learn new communication and management skills but also discover my own unique style of personal and team development. I have become obsessed with learning new ways to interact with employees and express to them the importance of what I like to call the \"Big Picture.\" For me, it is a necessity that my team understands that each person is valuable in a unique way and that it takes everyone\'s effort to produce amazing results.
