You can sign up to receive it free via email here: book The Victim\'s Fortune, on the campaign for Holocaust survivors\' restitution and written jointly with Richard Wolffe, was published by HarperCollins in 2002. The Fearful Rise of Markets, and its sequel Europe\'s Financial Crisis, were published by the FT Press in 2010 and 2012.
