In addition to being an OSHA instructor at Liberty University’s Center for Professional and Continuing Education and Virginia Tech Center for Higher Education, I am also a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), the area’s only Certified WorkComp Advisor and one of only 41 agents in the country to receive the Certified Risk Architect (CRA) designation. My knowledge and training allow me to customize risk management blueprints for businesses, innovating a HR, safety, wellness, financial and leadership strategy for each company to position them for growth. I have also have a passion for educating others on the benefits of financial wellness and am a Certified Worksite Trainer for Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University. I have been in the risk management and consulting field for over 17 years and live in Lynchburg with my wife, Trisha, and children, Alexander, Tristan Sadie & Lila
