   Budget accountability for up to $225M of annual distribution spend and $10M of annual CapEx spend to support two Post Holdings operating companies (Bob Evans Farms and Michael Foods) across 25 manufacturing plants and co-packing locations.• Spearheaded the long-term network design and strategy for the Bob Evans distribution network, leading both continuous operational improvement initiatives and strategic warehousing projects, including the sourcing of a new state-of-the-art Midwest cold storage facility with a 30K pallet capacity that will double capacity and simplify operations.• Negotiated 10-year cold storage lease, directed Warehouse 3PL RFP for new Midwest facility, and negotiated Master Services Agreement (MSA) for new Midwest warehouse provider.• Lead a team of 3 direct reports, including a Director of Fleet & Transportation, Director of Warehouse & Distribution, and Manager – Supply Chain Solutions, supporting 25 salaried employees, 30 indirect reports, 11 mechanics, and 125 drivers.• Responsible for all insourced and outsourced transportation and 3PL warehouse operations, logistics financial reporting including GL entries and accruals + analytics, transportation system initiatives, warehouse sourcing and warehouse contracts, and contract negotiations.• Manage a private fleet including (130) sleeper cabs,(5) day cabs, and (250) 53-foot refrigerated trailers for distribution between plant/co-packer and distribution centers (DC) and DC to customer distribution centers. • Safety culture implementation resulted in CSA scores dropping by approximately 135% within 15 months and a period of over 600 days without a DOT Preventable Accident or an OSHA Recordable (17M + miles traveled).• Modernized in cab telematics with Electronic Logging Device (ELD) transition to Samara and forward-facing cameras for safety event documentation and driver behavior coaching.
