ABOUT JOHN ARTHUR

John is the Director of Sustainability at Digital Technologies Group (DTG), where he leads the development and delivery of the company’s sustainability and net zero offerings. He focuses on helping organisations accelerate sustainable transformation through practical, data driven strategies and digital innovation. John brings more than three decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. Before joining DTG, he served as Director of the Medicines Manufacturing Innovation Centre at CPI in Glasgow, where he worked to advance sustainable, digital and continuous pharmaceutical manufacturing. Earlier in his career, John spent over 30 years at GSK. He began as a Process Chemist and progressed into senior global leadership roles across manufacturing, supply chain and enterprise transformation. His roles included Head of Global Manufacturing & Supply PMO and Head of PMO for Core Business Services, where he led large scale transformation and operational improvement programmes. John combines deep industry expertise with a strong commitment to sustainability and operational excellence, helping organisations deliver meaningful progress on their sustainability ambitions.
