   Manage 10-12 new construction projects annually with budgets ranging from $200M to $300M per annum, developing refrigerated warehouses across Latin America, ranging in size from to sq. ft- Lead a multidisciplinary team through the entire project lifecycle including site selection, land due diligence, design and concept engineering, financial modeling, executive committee presentations, and project management through to delivery and operational startup- Built the largest temperature-controlled facility in Chile and completed projects in Panama, Mexico, Uruguay, Brazil, Peru, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, and Colombia, tailored to regional needs- Established the new-build Development Department from the ground up, developing and implementing standards, tools, and foundational processes to drive efficiency in a high-growth environment- Played a key role in scaling the organization from a start-up to the 4th largest temperature-controlled logistics provider globally and the largest in Latin America.
