ABOUT JOHN APENA
I am a mentor and an advocate to many; I am a manager at Spark2Life, and a qualified life coach. I am passionate about seeing transformation in people, whether it be in the lives of high risk young people caught up in a life of crime or professionals / entrepreneurs who want to excel at work and/or business. “Every saint has a past and every sinner has a future”. The cohort of people I tend to work with and have a heart for, are those that most of society discards. The ones involved in gangs, serious youth violence,drug dealing, and other high harm offences. A lot end up in prison. I see the best in them, bring them hope and support them in facilitating change and living a pro social lifestyle. I have lived experience as a youth of going through the Criminal Justice System, and being heavily involved in criminal activity. I have since then used my experiences to change the narrative for many others who come from similar circumstances, to stop them making the same mistakes and negative choices as me. As a Life Coach, I am dedicated helping clients maximise on their potential. I specialise in supporting my clients with accelerating in their careers and entrepreneurs to get clarity on their vision and build their businesses.
