Passionate builder with 25+ years of safe,on time commercial building experience in the Bay Area. Important time spent on the East coast managing self-preformed manpower in a multi phased 300 million dollar project to include; Framing, Drywall, Finishing, Acoustical Ceilings Doors/Frames/Hardware, Duct-bank Concrete and Uni-Strut. Great rapport with the subcontractor and vendor community. Able to listen and work through constructability /design /cost issues with the client and design team. Quick to build a strong sense of team internally and with subs to find a common path forward. Always learning and trying to find a safer,faster, greener way to build. I love what I do and I have fun doing it.
