Define and detail the areas of focus and scope of services for the NEOGOV PowerDMS Professional Standards offerings. Research, develop, deliver, and explain to engineering teams the compelling product requirements, customer needs and services that meet the needs of Law Enforcement agencies with a willingness to innovate on and extend current research and service approaches where necessary. Develop systems and processes to evaluate new products, services, and delivery pilot projects, collaborate on scaling successful innovations, and partner with Go To Market, Implementation and Customer Success teams to maximize the benefit and value of new products.Ensure that NEOGOV has a strong point-of-view on emerging law enforcement professional standards issues, offers a distinctive value to the market, provides clear advice and implementation support, and educates executive leadership teams about product, needs and strategy. Partner with the lead Professional Standards program to define and refine the product needs, expected user experience and reporting and analytics requirements. Coordinate and work with various law enforcement agencies across the country and continually collect and use market feedback from clients and client-facing teams to ensure products and services are competitive and compelling, and when not, determine the investments and changes required to adjust.Develop and maintain law enforcement mastery over professional areas and provide input into corporate efforts at expanding law enforcement customers; growing thought leadership through marketing campaigns and shepherding initial pilot customer programs.Manage, coach, and develop others to grow the company’s law enforcement knowledge base. Effectively communicate and engage employees and contractors from other teams and work collaboratively across teams. Manage via influence across teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and consistent with market expectations and quality standards.
