Left the RAF on 13 June 2014 after 22 years service to pursue new challenges. Formed Astral Blue Consulting Limited providing management consultancy expertise in Logistics, Fuels/Energy, Requirements Management, Equipment Support Management, Project Management and Planning Engineering. • Proven leadership and experience managing both military and civilian employees in conditions as diverse as operations in Iraq and Afghanistan to Forward Operating Bases in Northern Ireland. Used to dealing with a high level of responsibility and accountability.• Undertaken a broad range of logistics related roles, demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing situations, assimilate quickly into different teams and yet not be afraid to make tough decisions.• Extensive and wide-ranging managerial competences and excellent interpersonal skills necessary for dealing with the line management and professional development of staff at all levels.
