About John Anderson

I have been directly involved for the preceding 25 years in business development/management. My first duties included direct business management responsibilities and sales development for MPC Environmental Services, and then as the owner and primary licensed General Contractor for A&S Utilities, LLC, and now I am the managing partner and CFO of Shred360 a document security and information management company.Experience include:Project development, funding and management of numerous business projects with companies involved in environmental issues, construction management and information security.Development of a general contracting organization beginning with a feasibility study, site selections, master plans, design and construction; selection of subcontractors; and obtaining appropriate permits; long-term planning, work with the General Services Administration to create proposals for federally funded contracts.Creation of a certified and accredited document destruction company; working with customers regarding security, and the safe handling of sensitive information; proper recycling techniques of e-waste material and optimizing storage or scanning services. Previous experience includes six years as an active duty commissioned officer in the United States Army. My duties while on active duty included the planning and execution of large airborne parachute operations and overseas deployment activities. Through life’s experiences I have gained extensive skills in leadership, management, and communications. My successes have included long-term planning; team building; task organization; situational and senior-level leadership; personal as well as mass communications; garnering community support from neighbors, state and local leaders; and much more. I am is a graduate of the Citadel and have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration.
