My parents raised me to be a hard working individual with good moral values and professional skills. I love learning about breakthroughs in the aviation space (i.e. Additive Manufacturing, Aerospace /Mechanical Engineering, etc.). Love working in cross-functional teams where I can learn about other fields/areas other than my own. I am organized, accountable, and never afraid of a challenge or learning something new. I am good at applying learned skills and learning new ones as I work on challenging projects.

1. Additive Manufacturing Hardware Leader

   Feb 2022 — Present

   Hardware Owner team leader responsible for the MRL maturation of additive parts. The team sets up the processes for DOE/Prototype parts through production class hardware on several engine programs, working with the Process and Quality Engineers to establish processes and inspection plans. In addition, the team applies Lean and APQP principles to reduce cost and schedule for the benefit of the customers.
