   I manage a group that supports about 70 different software systems and packages including on-premise and cloud solutions. Lead and manage IT projects that extend across CITGO including Health, Safety, Security, Environmental, Pipeline, HR, Finance, Transportation and Legal systems. Implemented enterprise wide MEDGATE systems and IMPACT Enterprise that includes MOC and now Enablon. Implemented HR Intranet Systems including Training, Succession Planning, Organizational Charting, Employee Development and Review Systems. Supported and developed projects for Oil and Natural Gas Systems - coordinated a team of 15 analyst/programmers to develop systems in these areas. Support two Audit Systems, TeamMate and Audit Assistant. Support Legal systems such as Exterro Fusion and TeamConnect by Mitratech. Implemented and now support Lenel Enterprise with a cross functional enterprise team from four refineries and CITGO headquarters. Developed and maintained systems to support retail convenience stores. Developed systems for Supply and Logistics in the area of Purchases, Sales, Trades and Exchanges. Implemented HEAT for Benefits Help Desk. I am a natural project lead and collaborator with high energy, drive, enthusiasm, and optimum health. Managed a Success Factors implementation with EC, EC Time, Compensation, Recruiting, OnBoarding, LMS among others. Have just begun managing Electronic Permit-To-Work project for three refineries, lubricants, and terminals and pipelines. Facilitate new employee orientation in the area of Vision and History of CITGO Petroleum as well as working with our current employees.
