The ALS Association\'s mission is to make ALS a livable disease by 2030, and as an Associate Director of Care Services, I am committed to advancing this goal through effective and efficient management of the care services programs and staff in Massachusetts. I have a Master\'s degree in Healthcare Administration and over four years of experience in the ALS field, providing care coordination, case management, and therapeutic support to ALS members and their families. In my current role, I supervise the Massachusetts Care Services Managers and Case Managers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and consistent care services across the state. I also assist the Care Services Managing Director in program administration and development, implementing strategic initiatives such as transitions-change and customer experience. Additionally, I collaborate with internal and external partners, such as clinicians, researchers, advocates, and donors, to enhance the resources and opportunities for the ALS community. My core competencies include operations management, program management, strategic planning, and leadership.
