   Responsible for the voice and network configuration for 4 and 5 star hospitality sites• Responsible for solving and managing the support tickets queue through Tigerpaw/ Salesforce portal• Worked with bluip and broudcloud for Voip phones which works on Broadsoft (Cisco) cloud pbx platform • Configured and upgraded Fortigate router configurations with Access control lists and routing policies• Programmed SIP Trunks and VoIP phones on SIP gateway Adtrans and MSBR\'s• Configured Analog gateway Audio codes such as MP 124 for analog phones• Programmed Voip phones such as Polycom, Vtech phones, AEI phones, Bittel and Analog phones• Resolved issues in the Jazz and RT500 which is the interface between the Property management systems (PMS) and our Cloud PBX. • Configured Cradlepoint devices through Netcradlepoint which is our 4G backup for majority of our Hospitality sites • Provisioned Ruckus access points for guest rooms with a central Zone director for communication with the AP • Configured and added Domotz devices in some of our networks to monitor network availability and stability.
