I am passionate about pursuing a career in accounting, with a particular interest in the public accounting, or the oil, chemical, and natural gas sectors. Before embarking on my academic journey, I earned my journeyman\'s license as an electrician, where I gained valuable skills in teamwork, leadership, and communication. These experiences have shaped my ability to work effectively in dynamic environments.I maintained a 4.0 GPA while paying my way through community college and working as a freelance electrician. In the summer of 2023, I was accepted into the University of Houston\'s C.T. Bauer College of Business, where I am currently pursuing a degree in Accounting. In the Summer of 2024 I was accepted into the Stephen Stagner Sales Excellence Institute. I am on track to graduate in Fall 2025 with my accounting degree and sales certificate. I am actively seeking internship opportunities for the Fall of 2025, and Summer 2026 where I aim to apply my academic knowledge and gain hands-on experience. My goal is to contribute meaningfully, become a valuable asset to the team, and lay the groundwork for a successful career in accounting.
