My role spans strategy, execution, and innovation—bringing advanced technologies like custom robotics to life on the factory floor.I lead cross-functional efforts to uncover automation opportunities across our facilities, translating site visits and operational insights into actionable project charters. Once a project gains initial traction, I partner with local teams to engineer detailed automation solutions tailored to their unique needs.From there, I manage the full lifecycle of each initiative—sourcing proposals from our internal automation experts, our India-based team, or trusted external partners. I ensure seamless communication, develop compelling cost justifications, and secure executive buy-in by aligning each project with our strategic and financial goals.Once approved, I oversee implementation to ensure every project delivers on its promise—on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.Every day, I get to explore the frontier of manufacturing innovation, applying the latest in automation and robotics to solve real-world challenges and elevate operational excellence.
