In general, the scope of work involves managing a team of multi-discipline, cross-functional engineers to provide scientific, technical, and engineering research and development as a part of a high performing organization within the Intelligence and DoD communities. My efforts directly support program objectives which include the development of analytical methodologies, models, and tools for evaluating systems of interest; the associated validation and testing of such methodologies, models, and tools to ensure quality products are delivered to the customer; and identification and assessment of emerging technologies, programs, and networks- Developed, managed, and led cross-cutting, multi-discipline teams of Engineers in research, design, development, modeling, simulation, integration, test and evaluation of complex Counter-WMD efforts and missions to cost, schedule, and performance through the creation of project management plans and integrated master schedules as well as individual performance evaluations and in-depth project and technical reviews across an $8 million program- Maintained a strong customer focus with a proven ability to drive complex strategic and technical challenges to closure through critical thinking, technical innovation, customer engagement, and management of complex technical activities including development of new concepts and techniques to solve problems based on analysis and evaluation of data- Led and performed requirements generation, engineering design trade studies, root cause and dynamic analyses, algorithm development, data analytics, engineering documentation and artifacts creation, test plan and procedure creation, and requirements verification and validation.
