That meant learning a new market from scratch, finding lenders, underwriting deals, and managing tenants from afar—while meeting mission requirements. There were late-night calls, financing hurdles, and the constant juggle of being present for both the Air Force and my properties.Each challenge sharpened my systems: better screening, tighter SOPs, clearer metrics. Slowly, the portfolio grew—and so did the vision. The Transformation: From Doors to Deploying CapitalTransitioning to the Reserves gave me breathing room, and I landed a dream W-2 with flexible hours. Balance felt good—but the real estate bug never left.In 2024, I launched a private lending business. That move changed everything.
