John A. Braun is CEO, President & Chairman of the Board of Dynamis, Inc. Dynamis is a Public Benefit Corporation, chartered in the national interest, serving government customers primarily in defense and homeland security. Prior to his work at Dynamis, John served as Vice President of Washington Operations for Teledyne. As the senior executive in Washington for Teledyne, John was responsible for management, facilities, and personnel in the NCR. His responsibilities also included the planning, coordination, and execution of government affairs activities in the Washington D.C. area in support of Teledyne\'s business and customers. Earlier in his carreer, John served on the Hill as the Military Legislative Assistant to Congressman Bud Cramer, a member of both the House Committee on Appropriations and the Intelligence Committee. In this capacity, he served as Congressman Cramer\'s principal advisor on appropriations issues. In addition, he also advised the Congressman on issues relating to defense, aerospace, tax, trade, international affairs, small business, labor, federal employees, agriculture, veterans\' affairs, and technology. John also has a long history of working with the U.S. Armed Forces. Prior to his position on the Hill, John served in the Pentagon as a Senior Policy Analyst in the National Security Policy Division of U.S. Air Force Headquarters and as a Congressional Analyst in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition (19••••95).Before moving to the Pentagon, John worked in campaign politics in the State of Alabama, where he worked as a Political Director for several local and state-wide political campaigns (19••••94).Specialties: Government contracting; policy analysis; international law; government affairs
