Duties & ResponsibilitiesWorking in the EPCM Delivery Management Team Working in GSK Stevenage Site updating and replacing Research and development Laboratories WREF UK Capital Projects.Producing Stage gate Packs at each Gate for review and approval to Gsk client.Receives and conducts a full quality check of all drawings and documents transmitted by the Consultants and SubcontractorsManages the document control software system ensuring that all parties receive adequate training to enable them to use the systemMaintains controlled document registers and associated documentationChecks for accuracy and edit a variety of filesDistributes project-related copies to internal teamFiles documents in physical and digital recordsMaintains a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholdersWorking in accordance with company procedures & guidelinesDistribution of drawing transmittals and submittals to clientDeveloping and maintaining filing systemsGeneral Administration including typing, printing, attending, and recording meeting minutesCollate the weekly report and distribute and transmit to GSK.Close out the HOP and O&M and Master drawings with the GSK drawing office.Support implementation of other relevant procedures (i.e. TQ/RFI Database)Act as a vocal point of contact for the officeTo provide Project Engineering Support to the Head of Projects and Project Managers.
