Results: 1,472% YOY external visibility growth, 156% internal growth, 118% user growth against 30% goal, sustaining 37% partner engagement post-event in learning and development material - well above CIPD benchmarks.I serve on Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and chair Pax8\'s Ability ERG throughout EMEA, earning global recognition in 2024.
